Return and Refund Policy - AnthonyShoes.ca

Effective January 2025

We offer a 20-day return or exchange window starting from the date of purchase. All requests must be submitted within this period. After 20 days, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted.


Eligibility Requirements

Footwear must meet all of the following conditions to qualify:

  • Unworn and in the same condition you received it.

    • Footwear showing any signs of wear, including creasing, scuffing, marks on the soles, or odours, will not qualify.

  • All original tags must be attached.

  • Returned in the original shoebox and packaging, which must also be in returnable condition.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

We reserve the right to refuse any return if the item does not meet these requirements.


How to Start a Return

Email us at info@anthonyshoes.ca to request a return authorization.
All returns must be approved before shipping items back.

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will be refused.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, notify us immediately so we can review and resolve the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Any shoes showing signs of wear

  • Items damaged due to improper use, storage, or handling

Once a final sale order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.


Exchanges

If you want to exchange your item, start a return request. Once the return is approved and processed, you may place a new order for the replacement item.


European Union Customers

For orders shipped into the EU, customers have a 14-day cancellation period. Items must still meet the unworn and original packaging requirements. Proof of purchase is required.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you with approval or denial.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
If 15 business days pass after approval and your refund has not appeared, contact us at info@anthonyshoes.ca.


Additional Terms (Canada Seller Protections)

  • We are not responsible for return shipments lost or damaged in transit.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • We may limit or decline returns from customers showing patterns of excessive or fraudulent return behaviour.

  • Returned items that do not meet the policy conditions will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

  • This policy complies with applicable laws in Ontario and Canada.

  • Anthony Shoes reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time.
